"I have always had a love for health and fitness. I became interested
in exercise routines 20 years ago at the age of 13 when my parents outfitted
our basement with exercise equipment, and I got my first muscle and fitness
magazine. At this point, I was blessed with the opportunity to be worked out
by professional athletes who were friends of the family. Not only did these "pros" teach
me programming and technique, but most importantly they taught me the importance
of having a positive and "believe you can" attitude. This is what
powers me today to create the best workouts I can so my clients and classes
can achieve their goals and have fun with fitness."

has completed numerous marathons and is a former age-group

triathlete. His passion for training began
when he first started to play sports, and his philosophy is simple: by maintaining
a healthy level of fitness we can improve the quality of life. Charlie feels
that personal training is a great opportunity to apply the principles of
exercise science in the effort to help individuals lead healthy
